Our Board Members
Our board members are the backbone of the AMC Project. Their diverse backgrounds, ranging from healthcare professionals to community leaders, provide a holistic approach to our initiatives. Each volunteer board member is deeply committed to raising awareness, advocating for early screenings, and supporting patients and their families.
Our Internship
We aim to mentor young adults on the value of community service. This opportunity allows youth to influence our approach towards addressing the rising concern of colorectal cancer among their peers. We’re looking for a high school junior who reflects Amanda’s spirit—compassionate, creative, driven, and service-oriented.
Applicants will submit an essay on the internship’s significance to them and their learning objectives. Completing the program, the intern will participate in an exit interview and receive a $1,500 scholarship.
